OH Boy!!!!!

Well I haven't had a good week, I had two migraines this past week so I didn't get anything done those days. I got on the scales this morning and I have gained back that one pound I lost.
:( Ryan made such a yummy pumpkin cake yesterday and I just couldn't resist it. I haven't worked on any of my projects this week. I will do better this next week I have already started off good by working out at the fitness center today.
I am feeling better today, I got a wonderful letter from Kevin and he has now been transferred to Rialto and is serving in a Samoan Ward which has been very interesting for him. He loves it there which makes it easier on his mom.

Finished

I have to report that I have lost 1 lb as of yesterday, I also joined a website that will help track my calories and exercise I hope it helps me do better. I set a goal to lose 5 lb in a month so I have 4 more to go.
I also want to report that I have finished my first project that was overdue, it was a rag quilt for a friend, now I need to get busy and at least get 1/2 of the next project done, by the end of the month.

I was very happy to see that on the scales this morning I was down 2lb :) . I have been doing pretty good this week with my eating and working out, I know I can do better but I don't want to make myself crazy. I have been cleaning up the house so I have not gotten anything done on my projects. I am hoping to get started on Saturday if I can get my cleaning done.

Well I got on the scales this morning and was way depressed, at least now I have a place to start. I put the rest of the peanut butter bars in the freezer so I will hopefully leave them alone. I also totalled up the number of unfinished projects to get done I have 15 that I can think of right now so I need to get at least a little over one a month to make it done.

Goal

Well I decided that I would try this blogging out. I am going to post updates on my kids and also the different quilt projects I have been working on, my goal for this year is to get all my unfinished projects completed. Wish me luck. I am also going to post my progress on losing weight I want to be down 30 lb by next December.
